Automate the path from ingest to publish

Workflow Automation is in active development. Design trigger-based pipelines that chain the whole suite — ingest, analyze, transform and publish — so every asset moves through the same rules, profiles and approvals without a hand on each step. We're inviting broadcasters into early access now.

What it's designed to do

One pipeline, every step handled

Here's what the Workflow Designer is being built to do. It's on the roadmap — join early access to help shape it and be first to run it.

Trigger-based runs

Start a pipeline when an asset lands, a channel records, or a schedule fires — no manual kickoff.

Rule engine

Branch on metadata, sentiment, duration or brand safety so each asset takes the right path.

Reusable output profiles

Define your renditions, languages and formats once and apply them across every run.

Chained processing

Compose steps across the suite — analyze, transcribe, clip, transform — in one flow.

Approvals & notifications

Pause for a human sign-off and alert the right people at the right stage.

Scheduling

Queue recurring runs and time-window publishes to fit your broadcast calendar.

Run monitoring

Watch every stage live, retry a failed step, and see where an asset is in the flow.

Audit trail

Every run, decision and approval recorded end to end for compliance and review.

How it will work

From trigger to publish in four stages

1

Ingest

A new asset, a channel recording or a schedule triggers the pipeline automatically.

2

Analyze

Rules decide what to run — scene analysis, transcription, tagging — and how to branch.

3

Transform

Apply reusable output profiles to reformat, clip and package for every destination.

4

Publish

Route to review or approval, then publish on schedule — with the full run logged.

Rule engine

One set of rules, applied to every asset

The Workflow Designer is being built around a first-match-wins rule engine. Branch on any signal the suite produces — sentiment, duration, brand safety, language — and reusable output profiles keep renditions and formats consistent across every run. Define it once; it applies to everything that flows through.

Condition-based branching

Send each asset down the right path based on its own metadata.

Reusable output profiles

Standardise renditions, languages and formats across the whole library.

Monitoring & approvals

See every run, sign off with confidence

The plan puts a live run monitor at the centre: watch each stage progress, retry a failed step, and pause for a human approval before anything publishes. Notifications reach the right people, and a full audit trail records every decision — so automation never means losing control.

Built on the suite

Orchestrating the modules you already run

Workflow Automation won't reinvent the suite — it will chain the modules that already power your library into one hands-off flow.
